Work and Travel
Global Recruitment now offer 4 month US work visas to tertiary students who are wanting to work and travel over their summer break. (i.e. November through to April.
You will have a unique chance to experience the United States as more than just a tourist. You can look forward to an exciting summer with people from all over the world!
The Work and Travel program allows for a maximum of four months of work and an additional 30 days of travel.
Housing is usually provided for an affordable weekly or monthly rent. In some cases you will have to find your own housing but your employer will assist you.
To be eligible you must:
- Be between the ages of 18 and 28
- Be a full time student at a tertiary level of education
- Attend orientation and an interview session in Australia
- Be flexible, open-minded, and willing to work hard

Where can I go?
Most work and travel jobs are located throughout the more isolated resort areas of the USA such as lake and mountain regions. You will have opportunities to ski, hike, swim, play sports, ride horses, go boating, etc.
